"We had Fernando refinish our oak floors as we wanted to change colour from a blond colour to a medium brown in a house we purchased, in the main living area. This was our first experience with this process and found it to be very interesting to watch all the different steps over a four-day process. The floor was sanded to perfection, all lines filled and make perfectly smooth. Fernando had many stains to choose from and before the final sanding, stained an area with some of our colour choices to live with over night to give us lots of time to make our decision. We were very happy with our colour choice and more importantly the end result. Floor is beautiful! Our furniture looks great on it. I would not hesitate to recommend Fernando and Todd. Excellent job and very professional, pleasant people to deal with."
